Here is a quick video of our monarch release from yesterday. The monarch was in fact a male. I have also included a few pictures where you can see the black dots of his scent glands. If you look closely at the 3rd photo on the bottom, you can distinctly see two black dots on the veins running down. Those are the males scent glands.
